Morton Grove, Illinois: InOut Labs proudly announces its designation as a State Affiliate for the National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association (NDASA). NDASA, a national professional association, actively promotes safe and drug-free workplaces and communities through legislative advocacy, education, training, and excellence in drug and alcohol screening services.
To stay well-informed about state-specific issues, NDASA established a State Affiliate Caucus. As a State Affiliate, InOut Labs will advise NDASA on state-related matters and actively represent the organization when needed.

State Affiliate Responsibilities:
- Actively promote NDASA membership and programs to expand industry participation.
- Encourage industry professionals to attend NDASA conferences and roundtable discussions for networking and learning opportunities.
- Advocate for NDASA positions and keep state industry stakeholders informed about key updates.
- Represent the state at the NDASA Annual Conference and participate in State Affiliate Caucus Meetings.
- Offer expert consultation and advice on state-specific industry matters to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Help schedule and coordinate NDASA meetings within the designated state to enhance engagement.
- Contribute at least one story or blog post annually to share insights and industry updates.
- Optionally, provide NDASA training classes in designated states while adhering to NDASA policies.
“This role is not too much of a stretch for me,” states Thoelecke. “I’ve always been an active member of any organization I’m a part of.”
