$149 one-time enrollment fee. $129 annual company dues.
Pay as you go for testing: $63 per drug test. $55 per breath alcohol test.

Do you need to have a Drug and Alcohol Testing Program?

If you meet one of the following criteria, you will need to have a DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Program:

  • Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or Gross Combination Weight Rating (GCWR) of 26,001 lbs. or more

  • Transporting 16 passengers or more

  • Transporting Hazardous Materials requiring placarding
