“Your call is important to us. Please continue to hold.” You won’t hear that from InOut Labs. When you deal directly with InOut Labs, you will get a live person on the phone right away. We will call you by name and not ask you for your 12‐digit account number and middle name of your goldfish in order to answer a question.
Flexible Reporting Options
You have control over who has access to test results and where they go. And you don’t have to call us to get them. How about if everyone who needs results gets them automatically?
With InOut Labs you can receive results by phone, fax, email, or via a secure web service.
Medical Review of All Drug Test Results
The Medical Review Officer is the gatekeeper and your safeguard for accurate and reliable results. Some positive tests result from legitimate prescriptions. Is it really your business to know what health conditions an employee or new hire may have? Are you qualified to determine if that employee can work safely?
Don’t assume the risk of reporting results without a licensed doctor to review the lab work. Results that are reviewed by the MRO are legally defensible documents.
Our MRO office has 4 full time MROs and 12 MRO assistants, assuring that results are processed quickly and responsibly. And the cost is included.
Alternative Testing Methods
Urine drug screening is the most common method of drug screening, but not the only one. To maximize the effectiveness of your drug free workplace program, sometimes a combination of urine, hair, and saliva methods works best.
Want same day test results? We can do that too.
We will help you find the best mix, and make sure you have the most effective program in place for your organization.
Best Lab Location For You
You will not be locked into a particular lab. If one of your locations is convenient to Labcorp, and another is closer to Quest Diagnostics, and yet another is near neither, it’s no problem with InOut Labs. Our sophisticated software funnels test results, wherever they are collected, directly to you. It’s seamless.
Do you have a written substance abuse policy? Are you in a state with some form of legalized marijuana? Have you addressed it in your policy? Do you have employees who are regulated by the U.S. DOT? Do you have employees that work in a state that offers an insurance discount if you test for drugs?
Many current policies do not address situations such as who pays for the retest of a specimen, how to handle a negative dilute result or how to deal with medical or recreational marijuana.
If you need a new policy, or need to review the one you have, InOut Labs can help.
Out of Network Collection Sites
Is that collection site too far away, or is the wait time too long? Never again will you be “forced” to use a collection site that is not convenient for you just because it is “in-network.” We maintain a network of more than 18,000 collection sites and have the ability to use any of them.
Employee Assistance Programs
We have access to thousands of treatment providers all over the country. Show that you care about you employees when they fail a drug or alcohol test. If they are regulated by DOT, you are required to provide a referral. You are not required to pay for treatment, however.
Random Testing Management
DOT-regulated companies must do random testing. Many other companies have followed suit and have random drug testing programs too.
Our state‐of‐the‐art drug test management platform handles random testing extremely effectively, and with little work on your part.
Statistics show random testing is the most effective deterrent to drug abuse in the workplace.
Turnkey DOT Compliance Program
If you have any employees that are regulated by the Department of Transportation, you must be drug screening. Truck drivers, airline workers and bus drivers are all required to be enrolled in a random drug testing program. We offer complete turnkey compliance packages for every DOT mode.
Employers regulated by DOT who are not testing (and testing properly) are subject to thousands of dollars in fines. We can have them in total compliance in a few days.
Supervisor Suspicion Training
Are you ready to deal with an impaired employee? The DOT requires that all supervisors be trained to recognized and deal with an employee suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Non-DOT employers are advised to do the same.
InOut Labs offers both live and web-based training programs. The DOT Supervisor Training program complies with DOT requirements.
