Medical Review of All Drug Test Results
The Medical Review Officer is the gatekeeper and your safeguard for accurate and reliable results. Some positive tests result from legitimate prescriptions. Is it really your business to know what health conditions an employee or new hire may have? Are you qualified to determine if that employee can work safely?
Don’t assume the risk of reporting results without a licensed doctor to review the lab work. Results that are reviewed by the MRO are legally defensible documents.

Written Policies

Out of Network Collection Sites
Is that collection site too far away, or is the wait time too long? Never again will you be “forced” to use a collection site that is not convenient for you just because it is “in-network.” We maintain a network of more than 18,000 collection sites and have the ability to use any of them.
Employee Assistance Programs
We have access to thousands of treatment providers all over the country. Show that you care about you employees when they fail a drug or alcohol test. If they are regulated by DOT, you are required to provide a referral. You are not required to pay for treatment, however.
Random Testing Management
DOT-regulated companies must do random testing. Many other companies have followed suit and have random drug testing programs too.
